Develop your leadership and mentoring skills with the new GRADLINK Mentorship Program

Ready to boost your leadership skills and make a real difference? The Graduate Readiness, Access, and Discovery Mentorship Program, or GRADLINK, is an opportunity for graduate students and postdocs to mentor a UW–Madison undergraduate student who is interested in graduate school! You’ll offer them vital guidance as they explore research and prepare for the possibility of graduate school.

Why become a mentor for the GRADLINK Program?

  • Strengthen your mentoring toolkit: This program requires enrollment in a Delta Program’s Research Mentor Learning Community. This foundational training will provide you with the best and most inclusive mentoring skills, while connecting you with other mentors.
  • Lead and inspire: Guide undergraduates through key academic conversations, strengthening your own professional identity and reflective practice in the process.
  • Enhance your CV: This program offers concrete experience in leadership, communication, and mentorship, showing your commitment to supporting others and preparing you for future mentorship roles.
