About the Library and Information Studies Program

Our program combines professional field experience with academic theories and an extensive technology curriculum to prepare you for an ever-changing information world. Strong relationships with Madison-area libraries, museums, non-profits and commercial organizations give you a wide array of practicum and part-time work opportunities.
