Michelle Buchanan is the Deputy Director for Science and Technology at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee, where she guides strategic directions for the lab and provides mentorship for staff members in the early stages of their careers. She earned her PhD in chemistry from UW–Madison in 1978.
Fellow of Science & Technology Policy Fellowship at the American Association for the Advancement of Science
Zulmarie Perez-Horta completed her doctoral program in Cellular and Molecular Pathology from UW–Madison in 2016 and began a Science & Technology Policy Fellowship (STPF) with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Washington D.C. in fall of 2017.
