Research and Ethics

Ethics are fundamental to all academic research. They foster the trust necessary for complex institutions of modern research to function.  Additionally, research efforts are governed by a host of stringent rules and guidelines that can be onerous and confusing, at times. To help the Vice Chancellor of Research and Graduate Education's Office of Research Policy has a range of resources and experts available to you.

The Graduate School and partners offer seminars on research ethics.

Library workshops help you become more efficient and effective in your research, and address topics such as finding information, using citation managers such as EndNote or Refworks, publishing your research, and copyright. You may also contact the subject librarian for your department for an individual research consultation.
