The Graduate School cares about your well-being. Wellness is defined broadly here and includes physical, emotional, social, cultural, career, academic, spiritual, financial, environmental wellness and workplace safety. We encourage you to take advantage of the many resources offered here. All graduate students are welcome.


UWell provides resources that serve the wide spectrum of needs connected to wellness. At the UWell website, you can find information on mindfulness-based stress reduction, get advice on dealing with stress at work, and even take a burn-out self-test.

Health Coverage Benefits

Student Health Insurance

Students who need to purchase coverage are eligible for theStudent Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
