From the Chair's Perspective: Insights on Academic Leadership" provides an insider's look at the realities of serving as a university department chair. In this third session, chairs will draw from personal experiences to illustrate the array of challenging situations or "fires" that can emerge within a department, such as addressing personnel issues, student grievances, and other conflicts.
