Mentoring can play a pivotal role in supporting faculty members’ success, job satisfaction, and career advancement. However, developing and maintaining successful mentoring programs can be challenging! In this 75-minute live discussion panel, we will highlight how three universities have created and sustained successful mentoring programs on their campuses.
