Writing as Self Care: A Writing Retreat
In collaboration with University Health Services (UHS), this retreat will explore how writing can support well-being. After an introduction from UHS, you will have time to write individually. You will be invited to use prompts and resources related to writing as an act of self-care. You may also use this time to make progress on your writing projects like class papers, dissertations, or other work.
