This interactive workshop will equip graduate students in the biological, physical, and social sciences with practical, story based techniques for writing persuasive funding proposals. Participants will be guided through assessing audience needs, dissecting the stages of a research story, analyzing model proposals, and crafting and refining their own stories with peer feedback. Attendees will learn to target an audience, distill key messages, and create a narrative structure for a full proposal.
