Bridge & Build Community: Self Love - Designing Your Personalized Wellness Plan
Open to all graduate students
Join us to connect with the Office of Inclusion Education staff to decompress and create a plan to prioritize your wellness. Create your own self-care plan to truly nourish your mind/body/soul (beyond just iced lattes) and decorate a journal to take with you. Lunch will be provided, first come, first served.
